Caregivers at Freedom Home Care are Essential
Here at Freedom Home Care, caregivers are not only needed now more than ever, but they are dedicated to making the lives of all clients comfortable and happy. Great care starts with the employees here at FHC. Furthermore, we offer great benefits and experiences to all of our caregivers. FHC is truly a family environment. Caregivers are treated well as FHC employees and it rings true in each of their individual experiences.
First-Hand Caregiver Love for Freedom Home Care
Several caregivers and staff members said they love FHC for the “variety of shifts and freedom of choosing shifts,” the “payrate,” also because they treat “employees like real people not just someone to fill shifts,” and because “Freedom likes to see its employees succeed and has many sources to help [employees].” Several employees spoke highly of their coworkers and the FHC staff for being “helpful,” “wonderful,” and “friendly.” Unequivocally, FHC caregivers and staff cherish the flexibility of their work with FHC, as there is always enough work and a variety of it. Despite the flexibility, caregivers were happy for the warmth from coworkers and the thoughtfulness in placing them with clients they already have experience with. This is just a bit of insight to how employees speak of and feel about working for Freedom Home Care.
First-Hand Client Love for Freedom Home Care
First-hand feedback from our clients indicates that they too love Freedom Home Care. It comes as no surprise that the reason clients love FHC is because of “the people” and the “amazing” caregivers. It is, after all, the caregivers that make up the Freedom Home Care’s backbone.
