Freedom Home Care is excited to announce their first annual Senior Health Fair to take place this fall at their two Wellness Center Locations. The first event will take place on Wednesday, October 8th, 2014 at The Lodge of Northbrook (2220 Founders Drive Northbrook, IL. 60062) from 11 am-2 pm.
The second will be held on Wednesday November 5th, 2014 at Homestead of Morton Grove (6400 Lincoln Ave.  Morton Grove, IL. 60053) from 11 am-1 pm.
These educational events are meant to provide seniors and their families with access to all kinds of resources, information,  and services to promote happy and healthy living. Exhibitors will hold free health screenings such as blood pressure and BMI checks, as well as yoga instruction, hand massage, acupuncture, and more.
Vendors and exhibitors are welcome to apply to participate in one or both events. These health fair events will be a great way to get in front of seniors that live at both of these communities. The events will also be open to the public and will be advertised in local papers.

All exhibitors are asked to provide a health screening or a demonstration that would benefit seniors. Those interested can download the Health Fair Vendor Application. When completed, please fax this form to: 847-433-4044 ASAP to reserve your spot.
