Life Services Network’s Annual Conference occurs this May, and Freedom Home Care is thrilled have one of its own presenting an Educational Session this year.
Life Services Network is a state-wide association that represents providers of services to older adults. It is one of the largest and most respected trade organizations in the country, and is nationally recognized for its innovative programs. LSN’s Annual Conference brings together organizations from near and far to learn fresh approaches to elder care.
Freedom Home Care’s Agency Director, Jenanne Rock, along with Connie Polk from Advocate Health Care and Collaborative Healthcare Urgency Group, have been given the opportunity to present an educational session on Thursday, May 2. Their session, entitled “Preparing Your Organization for Communication and Coordination of Care in an ACO World and During an Emergency”, will teach organizations how to evaluate and modify protocols so that communication failures don’t happen during an emergency. Of course, this is a very important topic in this day and age, and they are looking forward to a large attendance.
